Good Morning Class of 2022!
In preparing for the start of Fall Semester in Physical Assessment I have attached the medical history/Review of systems sheet and an explanation of the OPQRST for pain complaints. You will be expected to have this information fairly well memorized for the Physical Assessment labs with faculty that first Thursday and Friday. It will be helpful to also read the chapter on history taking in you physical assessment text as you will have a quiz the second week on that material.
